Scaling student-success work across Kentucky requires skilled facilitators from diverse institutions and roles. The Leadership exChange cultivates those leaders and connects them to campus and statewide initiatives through a two-pronged vision: 

1. Campus Change Leaders: Graduates continue to drive change within their institutions— convening stakeholders, centering the student experience, and applying improvement-science methods to address shared priorities and deliver measurable results. 
2. LX Consultants: Graduates become members of the Leadership exChange Network and may serve as LX Consultants on statewide projects. Consultants receive project-specific training, ongoing coaching from national partners, and tailored implementation support. They are compensated for facilitating initiatives with Kentucky institutions to accelerate scalable student-success solutions.
